The 6 Best All-Inclusive Resorts in Curaçao

all-inclusive curacao resorts dreams

Just a few years ago, Curaçao was barely on the radar of travelers looking to pay one price for accommodations, dining, drinks, and activities, but now there are multiple all-inclusive resorts to choose from on this windswept Dutch Caribbean island. Just since the pandemic, new brands have entered the Dutch Caribbean destination, including Hilton and Sandals, among others.

Here’s how to stay all-inclusive in Curacao.

Zoëtry Curacao Resort and Spa

The newest and greatest addition to Curaçao’s all-inclusive resort portfolio came this month, with the the first-ever Zoëtry-branded resort in the Dutch Caribbean. The new Zoëtry, which held its sneak-peak soft opening this month before a December grand opening, is a new level of resort for the island, bringing the signature Zoëtry wellness focus to the former Floris hotel.

AMResorts, which operates all-inclusive hotels across the Caribbean, operates this luxury resort on Piscadera Bay. Unlimited dining, drinks, activities and entertainment are part of the rates for the 197 rooms and suites, with accommodations ranging from hotel-style rooms with king or twin beds to upgraded Preferred Club suites with lounge access and extra concierge services. The resort has a kids club, three pools, a Pevonia spa, fitness center, and sports ranging from basketball and bocce to snorkeling and scuba.

Sunscape Curacao Resort, Spa & Casino

24-hour dining, buffet and a la carte restaurants, land and water sports, concerts and entertainment, and a kids club come with the price of a room at this all-inclusive resort, also an AMResorts property. Set on Mambo Beach and close to shopping and the Curaçao aquarium, this family friendly resort also has a spa and casino to keep the adults amused.

In addition to the usual range of all-inclusive amenities, a stay at this resort on five-star resort — within walking distance of the capital city of Willemstad — includes unlimited access to an Aqua Park with a half-dozen water slides and kiddie water play area. Nine restaurants, including a pizza parlor, are included, but you’ll pay extra for the cigar and rum bar.

Kunuku Resort All-Inclusive Trademark by Wyndham

Another major brand to enter the all-inclusive space in Curaçao was Wyndham, which this year debuted its first-ever Trademark collection resort in the Caribbean with the all-inclusive Kunuku. The resort is all about fun in the water, with a total of seven pools, all with waterslides, making it one of the top family-friendly all-inclusives on the island.

Sandals Curacao

The former Santa Barbara Beach Resort on Spanish Water Bay is in the process of being transformed into Sandals Resorts’ first all-inclusive property in Curacao. Set on 3,000 coastal acres, the resort will have 350 rooms, a dozen unique dining concepts (including a floating restaurant), food trucks, golf, watersports, sandy beaches with sunset views, and a marina. Anticipated opening date is April 2022.

Those are all of the true all-inclusive resorts in Curacao. However, several other prominent hotels on the island offer the option of booking some variation of an inclusive package alongside pay-as-you-go accommodations. Although these packages tend to be “more included” rather than “all inclusive,” they can be found at:

The Baoase Luxury Resort: Standard rates include breakfast, but full meal plans are also available.

The Renaissance Wind Creek Curacao Resort and Casino: Optional inclusive package bundles three daily meals, drinks, meal vouchers for off-property dining, and casino credits.

Acoya Curacao Resort, Villas, & Spa: Full board option includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
