Beach Enclave Developing New Project on Turks and Caicos’ Grace Bay Beach
Beach Enclave, a fast-growing development brand in Turks and Caicos, is developing a new project on Grace Bay Beach.
It’s called The Estates at Grace Bay, set on what developers call one of the few development opportunities remaining on the world-famous beach.
The project, which was 100 percent pre-sold to repeat owners and guests at the company’s other properties, is”progressing smoothly,” according to a statement.
Construction of the estate homes is slated to begin in February 2022, with completion in early 2023, according to Beach Enclave.
The project will feature a collection of beachfront estate homes, each with more than 6,000 square feet of indoor living space — and another 6,000 square feet of outdoor living space.
It will also feature some unique manities — including a collection of golf holes and its own 100-yard driving range, along with a private gym with a Peloton cardio area.
