Another Record-Breaking Caribbean Luxury Home Sale

A record-breaking year for the Cayman Islands real estate market has been driven in part by the sale of two luxury estates.

In June this year The Peninsula Estate, which was listed at 17 million, sold, making it the highest price property transaction for a home or condo on record.
