Low-cost carrier Frontier Airlines has launched its first-ever flights from Orlando to Nassau in The Bahamas.
The flights are operating four time each week, with service on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays.
“The inaugural Frontier Airlines flight from Orlando to Nassau is absolutely worth celebrating,” said Bahamas Tourism Minister Chester Cooper. “The newly added flight options allow Orlando residents who seek a short-haul vacation the opportunity to tap into an easier, more affordable way to travel to The Bahamas.”
“The Islands of The Bahamas welcome Floridian travellers with open arms, turquoise water and plenty of sunshine,” The Bahamas’ Ministry of Tourism, Investments and Aviation said in a statement.
