Air Antilles is adding more new flights to Saint Lucia this winter.

The French Caribbean carrier will now be operating around 3,000 seats each month, beginning Dec. 6.

That will include daily flights from Barbados; six weekly flights from both Pointe a Pitre, Guadeloupe and Fort de France, Martinique and four frequencies from Dominica.

The carrier will also be launching flights from St Maarten to Saint Lucia on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays; and on Sunday via Barbados and Antigua.

“I am happy to inform all Saint Lucians that Air Antilles will significantly increase its service to Saint Lucia during the winter period 2021-2022,” said Stephane Wessels, CEO of Air Antilles. : This increase is proof of our commitment to the wider English-speaking Caribbean, which has faced significant reduction in inter-regional air service due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It is also a demonstration of our confidence in Saint Lucia as a very exciting demand destination for our network. Our winter schedule will offer Saint Lucians the ease of movement across several Caribbean gateways, including Martinique, Guadeloupe, Barbados, Sint Maarten, Curacao, Dominica and now Antigua.”
