The Christopher hotel in St Barth is set to unveil a brand-new culinary concept under the stewardship of a new executive chef.
The property has tapped Chef Arnaud Faye as its executive chef ahead of its seasonal reopening on Oct. 15.
He comes to the hotel after having served most recently at the Chèvre d’Or in Eze on the Cote d’Azur.
He has previous experience on the island, having served as a patron chef for the St Barth Gourmet Festival.
Faye will lead the as-yet-unnamed eatery and will unveil a brand-new menu.
