Apple Leisure Group Sold for $2.7 Billion

Travel giant Apple Leisure Group has been sold for $2.7 billion. 

The buyer? Hyatt Hotels Corporation, which has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire ALG and its assets from affiliates of KKR and KSL Capital Partners.
