One of the Caribbean’s hottest destinations is set for a new route from Miami.
As part of its expansion to Miami, Spirit Airlines will kick off new flights to St Thomas, US Virgin Islands beginning in November.
The new nonstop service, which is slated to debut Nov. 18, will operate three times each week.
It’s the latest addition to what has been a wave of new airlift to St Thomas in the last year, thanks to surging visitor numbers and confidence.
That’s in large part due to the destination’s strong management of the pandemic, buoyed by the territory’s Travel Health Portal.
