Air Belgium has launched its first-ever flights to the Dutch Caribbean island of Curacao.

The launch of the flight means a new link between Belgium and Curacao, one that includes a stop on the French Caribbean island of Martinique.

Air Belgium is now operating two flights each week, with service on Wednesdays and Saturdays from Brussels to Curacao via Fort-de-France, Martinique.

The move comes after Air Belgium first kicked off its service to the French Caribbean in December 2019.

Around 7,000 Belgian tourists visit Curacao each year.
