Eleuthera Boutique Hotel Lists for $3.6 Million

A waterfront boutique hotel in Eleuthera has hit the market, Caribbean Journal Invest has learned.
The Unique Village Hotel and Villas is set on a 2.2 acre site near Palmetto Point in Eleuthera.
The beachfront resort is comprised of 14 units – 10 hotel rooms; two two-bed, two-bath villas and two one-bed apartments.
Each villa and apartment features a fully equipped kitchen.
All rooms are furnished and equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, wireless internet, small refrigerators, telephones, hair dryers, coffee pots and iron & ironing boards.
The property recently debuted a new swimming pool; it’s also home to a tennis court.
Its being listed with Charlene Gibson of CA Christie Real Estate.
