Delta Vacations, the official vacation provider of Delta Air Lines, has named a new president.
The company has tapped Kama Winters to the role, which will take effect June 21.
Winters had most recently served as director of product retailing at Delta Air Lines.
In the role, she will be responsible for “advancing the vacation provider’s strategic position to deliver best-in-class vacation experiences while sustaining employee satisfaction and strong financial and operational performance,” according to a statement from the company.
“Kama’s proven ability to deliver creative solutions with a customer-first approach, in addition to her exceptional leadership skills, will complement the Delta Vacations team,” said Dwight James, senior Vice President for Customer Engagement & Loyalty, and CEO, Delta Vacations. “She has devoted her career to building and nurturing relationships with customers, clients and teams, and I know she will help carry forward Delta Vacations’ positive momentum in the marketplace.”
Winters succeeds former Delta Vacations President Jennie Ho, who is now the vice president of in-field flight operations at Delta Air Lines.
