Montserrat.

The island of Montserrat has announced a reduction of its quarantine requirement for vaccinated travelers.

Those who have been fully vaccinated will now need to quarantine for 10 days, down from the previous requirement of 14 days.

Vaccinated visitors will still have to provide proof of a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours before their flight.

Montserrat considers fully vaccinated 14 days after the receipt of the second dose in a two-dose vaccine series, or fourteen days after receipt of a single-dose vaccine.

A fully vaccinated person who goes directly to his or her home, place of occupancy, designated quarantine facility or place of isolation must remain there until 10 days have passed, provided that he or she has taken a PCR COVID-19 test between 8 and 10 days after entering Montserrat and is not infected with COVID-19.

If the individual is expected to leave Montserrat before the 10 days have elapsed, he or she will be allowed to leave.

Unvaccinated travelers must remain in quarantine for 14 weeks, with a second test between 12 and 14 days after first entering the island.
