Sawiris Launches Second Hotel Project in Grenada

Billionaire Naguib Sawiris, the developer behind Grenada’s celebrated Silversands Hotel, has broken ground on another new hotel project in Grenada. 

The $20 million Beach House officially broke ground this week, with construction slated to begin in June.
