This Caribbean Island’s “Historic” Real Estate Sales

Since the onset of the pandemic, the Caribbean has been at the forefront of the global real estate market, and its epicenter is in the Turks and Caicos, according to a new report from Turks and Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty. 

The Turks and Caicos market saw a “breathtaking” fourth quarter, followed by an “historic” quarter of business in the first quarter of 2021.
