Sandals Resorts International is opening three new resorts in the Caribbean, two under the Sandals Brand and another under the Beaches brand, Caribbean Journal Invest has exclusively learned.
The all-inclusive leader will be transforming two properties it acquired from Playa resorts last year: the former Jewel Dunns River Beach Resort & Spa in Ocho Rios and Jewel Runaway Bay Beach Resort & Waterpark; it will also be developing a resort on a “prime parcel of beachfront land” adjacent to the Jewel Dunns River in Ocho Rios.
