This Aruba Resort Will Set Up Your Office on a Private Island

aruba travel rules new

With the rise of remote work amid the pandemic, more and more Caribbean destinations are looking to tap into what has become a growing market.

And now another Aruba resort has launched a “workation” program, targeting travelers looking to take extended, remote-work getaways on the Dutch Caribbean island.

The Renaissance Aruba has launched a new package called the One Happy Workation.

“You can swap your desk for a private oceanfront cabana on the hotel’s exclusive Renaissance Island, home to Aruba’s only private beaches, including Flamingo Beach,” the property said.

The program includes everything from discounts on rates to free antigen testing, food and beverage savings and free Wi-Fi, among other perks.

It’s the newest workation option in Aruba, which launched a high-profile workation push last year.
