British Virgin Islands Reopens Seaports to Ferry Service

Ferry service is back in the Virgin Islands. 

The British Virgin Islands has officially reopened its seaports to scheduled ferry service, the destination announced Thursday. 

That means regular ferry service will now be operating between Road Town, Tortola and St Thomas, US Virgin Islands.

For now, three companies will be operating service: Smith’s Ferry, Road Town Fast Ferry and Native Son Ferry. 

Smith’s Ferry will be operating on Mondays and Thursdays; Road Town Fast Ferry will be operating on Tuesdays and Saturdays; and Native Son Ferry will run on Wednesdays and Fridays.
