Frontier Airlines has launched another new route to the region out of Miami.
The low-cost carrier has kicked off its first-ever nonstop service from Miami to Guatemala City, with twice-weekly service.
“The start of new nonstop service between Miami and Guatemala City is a momentous occasion for Frontier and our customers,” said Michael Pewther, senior director of public relations and marketing, Frontier Airlines. “Frontier has exponentially grown in destinations and weekly flights at Miami International Airport and our ‘Low Fares Done Right’ approach has made it more affordable to fly to and from Miami’s hometown airport. Connecting these two thriving cities opens countless new opportunities for families and friends to visit and people to explore these incredibly vibrant destinations.”
Frontier has been steadily growing its Caribbean Basin network out of Miami.
The carrier recently announced plans to launch a new route from Miami to Montego Bay.
