The resort's Bleuwater restaurant has undergone a revamp.

The Ritz-Carlton, St Thomas has relaunched one of the property’s signature eateries, Bleuwater.

The new-look restaurant has been “reconceptualized,” with a revamp aimed at “elevating the guest’s overall dining experience,” the property said in a statement.

The eatery is inspired by Chef Mario Hoffman’s passion for Asian cuisine, along with General Manager Arjun Channa’s previous experience working in Asia.

The eatery uses locally sourced ingredients, along with authentic techniques like an open-fire, high-pressure burner and a traditional wok.

The new menu features everything from lobster curry to “kung-pow cauliflower.”

It’s another new addition to what is a new-look resort.
