Sotheby’s: Americans Fuel Demand for Luxury Caribbean Beach Houses

It’s no secret that American buyers have flocked to the Caribbean since the onset of the pandemic. 

But now buyers are zeroing in on one particular segment: beachfront homes priced at $3 million and above, according to a new report from global real estate brokerage Sotheby’s International Realty.
