The SoCo Hotel company is expanding with a new resort in Saint Lucia, Caribbean Journal has learned.
The company, whose first hotel was in Barbados, will debut a new all-inclusive in Saint Lucia on May 1, according to a SoCo spokesperson.
The 76-room property is called The SoCo House, which will be set on a peninsula in historic Rodney Bay.
It will be a mix of 32 deluxe rooms, 16 junior suites, 20-courtyard rooms and eight suites.
The all-inclusive program will feature a la carte dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with afternoon tea as well.
Menus will be a “fusion of international and Creole flavors served al fresco style,” the property said in a statement.
There will be three bars across the property: a lobby bar, a pool bar and a restaurant lounge.
The adults-only resort will feature an “expansive pool and terrace,” with a location a “stone’s throw” from the island’s renowned Reduit Beach.
It’s a major expansion for the company, with the newest SoCo far larger than its 24-room sister resort in Barbados.
Saint Lucia first opened for tourism in June of 2020. You can find more on the island’s protocols for visitors here.
