Dominica’s Secret Bay Completes First Phase of Expansion Project

Dominica’s Secret Bay resort has completed construction on the first phase of its villa expansion. 

The Portsmouth-area resort has completed construction on four new “Ti-Fey” villas, bringing the resort’s total count to 10.
