Negotiations to Relaunch on Caneel Bay Resort Lease

EHI Acquisitions and the U.S. Department of the Interior have agreed to re-enter negotiations on a long-term lease for the long-shuttered Caneel Bay Resort in St John, Caribbean Journal Invest has learned.

The two sides have also agreed for the National Park Service to begin the next phase of environmental site assessments at the property.
