“It’s an amazing location and opportunity to own three islands in a beautiful area of the Exuma Cays,” Damianos told Caribbean Journal Invest. “An opportunity such as this comes up once in a lifetime — [it’s] protected, beautiful beaches and crystal clear waters.”

The freehold-title listing Is set immediately south of Hawksbill Cay in the Exuma Cays National Park.

All of the islands have beaches and protected anchorage, according to the brokerage.

The three-island collection is unique even for The Bahamas, long the region’s undisputed leader in private-island listings.

And it’s timely, given increasing demand for private-island opportunities amid the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic.
