Isla Mujeres Luxury Beach Resort Hits the Market
A boutique luxury hotel and villa compound has hit the market on the Mexican Caribbean island of Isla Mujeres, Caribbean Journal Invest has exclusively learned.
The 12-suite, upscale resort property, which includes two beachside saltwater infinity pool, is offered by Coco B Isla and Grupo Coco, an Isla Mujeres-based hospitality and development company.

The property, called LOLA, has revenue potential as a boutique hotel and luxury villa compound or “easily fashions as an exclusive family or corporate compound,” according to Jeffrey Alan of Grupo Coco.
“ The property has the stature and location to net well over 7 figures annually, and it could be managed by the seller or taken on by any established hospitality company to manage as a hotel and villa rental hybrid,” the company tells Caribbean Journal Invest.
The sellers are also considering investors for a minority share “with a vision for expansion in Mexico and other areas of the Caribbean,” according to the company.

It’s a prime property on Isla Mujres, a small island six miles off the coast of Cancun reached via private boat or commercial ferry in 20 minutes.
The island can also be reached by helicopter or plane from Cancun International Airport.

“If you are searching for a property to expand your existing hotel or real estate portfolio, this offering embraces several upscale market opportunities, and will capture the strongest and fastest growing sectors in the current and post Covid19 marketplace,” Alan says.

“Without fail the island of Isla Mujeres, with its charming archipelago and expanse of natural and adventure experiences, is quickly becoming one of the favored Jewels of the Caribbean.”
