Cancun is set for an airlift boost out of two U.S. markets this fall, with JetBlue Airways set to launch three additional routes to the Mexican Caribbean destination in November.
Beginning Nov. 19, JetBlue will be operating two daily flights between Los Angeles International Airport and Cancun International Airport.
Also on Nov. 19, JetBlue will be launching one daily flight from both Tampa International Airport and Raleigh-Durham International Airport to Cancun.
It’s part of a broader regional expansion for JetBlue, a strong sign for the carrier’s confidence in the comeback of leisure travel.
Cancun and the Mexican Caribbean reopened for tourism earlier this summer.
