In a bid to help fill hotel rooms amid the pandemic, more and more hotel companies are launching remote work programs for longer stays, from Hyatt to Marriott.

The latest resort company to jump into the fray is Royalton, which has launched a “workcation” program called “Upgrade Your Office.”

The company is offering the program at three properties: Royalton Riviera Cancun, Royalton Negril and Royalton Splash Punta Cana.

The program starts with 14-night discounted stays, including 24-hour access to the properties’ Diamond Club lounges; free Business Center access and resort-wide Wi-Fi.

“Royalton’s F&B team is dedicated to keeping guests fueled during the workday by providing an endless coffee bar, breakfast pastries, and delectable snacks. At the end of each workday, Royalton Fit instructors will lead guests in a sunset yoga session to help them decompress and enjoy an evening in a truly tropical oasis,” the company said in a statement.

The program also includes quiet locations for video conferencing, free laundry services, all-inclusive food and beverages, a daily professional networking happy hour, room service and “safe and quiet learning space” for kids and teens studying remotely.
