The nine-bedroom home, which has nine bathrooms and two partial bathrooms, has 10,500 square feet of interior living space.

It’s set across two structures: a five-bedroom main house and a four-bedroom guest house, “both in need of some TLC,” according to Damianos.

In other words, the story here is one of the most spectacular private beachfront settings in Nassau.
