Turks and Caicos’ Villa Mani Lists for $12.995 Million
One of the premier estates in Turks and Caicos has hit the market, Caribbean Journal Invest has learned.
The iconic Villa Mani, set on Royal Palm Island in Providenciales, is on the market for $12.995 million.
That number makes it a rather unique opportunity, given that it’s arguably the most unique luxury villa on the market in the TCI, thanks to its adjacent superyacht dock and an expansive private beach.
“The views are absolutely stunning and you can park your 100-foot yacht just on the other side, which is totally unique. there are no other properties like that in the Turks and Caicos Islands,” says Robert Greenwood of Regency Christie’s International Real Estate, which has the listing on the property.
The property was designed by renowned architect Ron Shaw.
Notably, it’s right next door to the former home of music legend Prince.
Set on a 40-foot ridge, the nine-bedroom, 8.5-bathroom property is known locally as the “pink house on the hill.”
Most notably, though, it’s home to a pair of spectacular amenities: expansive dock and about 400 feet of private beach.
And in the age of social distancing, Greenwood says, being here is perhaps the ultimate amenity.
“You can come down to Turks and Caicos in your yacht, go to your villa and go right to your beach,” he tells Caribbean Journal Invest. “This is a yacht and beach lover’s luxury villa dream come true.”
And in the age of social distancing, Greenwood says, it’s the perfect place to do just that in endless style.
The spectacular home has a three-level pool that cascades to another, deeper pool, even boasting a swim-up bar and in-water lounges, and the views are truly spectacular.
The master suite has his and hers bathrooms, an outdoor shower, a private deck and its own private walkway to the beach below.
Plainly, it’s one of the most iconic properties in all of Turks and Caicos — and perhaps the best opportunity on the market right now.
