St Maarten Villa Lists for $8.9 Million
A luxe villa the Guana Bay area of St Maarten has listed for $8.9 million, Caribbean Journal Invest has learned.
Villa Amalia, which is set at the top of a peninsula in Guana Bay near Philipsburg, is listed with Arun Jagtiani of IRE Team in St Maarten, according to regional real estate platform Selling the Caribbean.
The property has five bedrooms in its main house, along with a detached studio with a full kitchen.
The main house boasts a chef’s kitchen, Wolf appliances, an indoor-outdoor Sonos sound system and a spectacular 40-foot-long heated saltwater lap pool.
The modern-contemporary property is one of the most striking luxury villas on the Dutch side of the island.
