Goldwynn Residential Resort Relaunches Construction in Nassau
The 160-unit Goldwynn development on Nassau’s Cable Beach has resumed construction as part of The Bahamas’ phased reopening.
The luxury beachfront residential resort called The Residences at Goldwynn is set on prime frontage of New Providence’s signature beach.
It’s a mix of 79 condo-hotel suites and 75 separate residential units, with amenities like an infinity pool, a fitness club, valet parking, an eatery and club bar, a theater and a conference center.
All residential owners have access to the resort’s amenities on a membership basis, with restaurant and room service on an a la carte basis.
The units begin at $500,000, with studios, one, two and three-bedroom residences up to $5 million.
The project is part of a renaissance for Cable Beach, for years the iconic beach on the island of New Providence, in large part due to the debut of the nearby Baha Mar megaresort.
The Residences will also feature its own rental program, according to the Ontario, Canada-based Wynn Group of Companies.
The project first broke ground in 2018.
