A Mediterranean-style villa in the tony Lyford Cay community in Nassau, The Bahamas has hit the market.
The five-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom villa has been listed with CA Christie Real Estate for $10.95 million, Caribbean Journal Invest has learned.
Villa Belvedere is set on a 0.83-acre lot with 7,450 square feet of interior space, overlooking an 18-hole Rees Jones-designed golf course.
Amenities range from a chef’s kitchen to a master bedroom with a 20-foot try ceiling and its own private balcony.
There’s a large covered patio with a mosaic-tiled heated pool and a jacuzzi.
Some of the more unique amenities include a UV filtration water system, two rainwater tanks and a generator, among others.
The private, gated Lyford Cay is located on the far western tip of the island of New Providence; it’s long been considered the most exclusive community in Nassau.
