Construction Relaunches on Dart’s OLEA Project in Grand Cayman

By: Caribbean Journal Staff

Dart Real Estate has officially resumed construction on its OLEA real estate project in Grand Cayman’s Camana Bay.

The project is the first-ever for-sale residential community in Camana Bay, a large mixed-use development that has become a town square of sorts for the island.

In a statement, Dart Real Estate said its development partner NCB Cayman was “supervising strict health and safety procedures that adhere to requirements set forth by the Cayman Islands government.”

Camana Bay, which includes everything from shopping and eateries to a movie theater, has until now offered a portfolio of leased residential units.

The eco-friendly OLEA, which first launched in the spring of 2019, will feature a total of 124 residential units, with amenities like a pool, a community garden, a gym and a lazy river.

It will be a mix of townhomes, condominiums and duplexes.
