By: Caribbean Journal Staff

The nine-bedroom, 13-bathroom Santosha Estate in Anguilla is on the market, listed with Ian Hurdle of The Agency for $16 million, Caribbean Journal Invest has learned.

The 37,000-square-foot property is set on Anguilla’s exclusive Long Bay Beach.

The property is comprised of a “grand villa” along with three guesthouses, including a honeymoon-style hideaway.

The property, which was built in 2006, also has its own tennis court, 24 hour security, a full gym and an oceanfront pool and hot tub.

Long Bay, home to the recently-debuted Quintessence Hotel (now part of Relais & Chateaux), is one of the island’s rarefied corners, still close to the eateries and beach bars of nearby Meads Bay.
