New Villa Development Coming to Turks and Caicos
Another new villa development is coming to Turks and Caicos on Providenciales’ increasingly popular Long Bay Beach.
It’s called Karaya Blue, and the new villa project will include six villas, each set on a quarter-acre lot.
The three-bedroom, three-bathroom units will include amenities like private saline pools, “dramatic interior atriums” and will also include options like furniture package and electric cars.
Most notably, though, each villa will have an integrated solar electrical system that includes a Tesla Powerwall energy package.
The project is the brainchild of Latitude 22, whose portfolio of villa projects includes several in California and the Ridgeview Villas in Providenciales.
Latitude 22 says it has already sold 85 percent of the Ridgeview project, with one villa remaining in that development, according to CEO Julian Biggs.
It’s yet another sign of the growing import of Long Bay Beach, which first hit the map with the launch of the Shore Club Turks and Caicos residential resort and has since spawned a number of new projects like the Long Bay Beach Club and Beach Enclave at Long Bay, among others.
