Bonaire Launches Virtual Vacation Series

The Dutch Caribbean island of Bonaire has launched a new series aimed at giving travelers “virtual” vacations to the destination. 

The new initiative, which launched last week, airs on Facebook every Friday. 

Each week’s “vacation” will feature a different theme, from nature to food to the island’s fascinating cave systems. 

All of the videos in the month of May will be focused on nature, with airings on May 8, May 15 and May 22.
