Ultra-Luxe Villa Complex in Anguilla Lists for $19.95 Million

An ultra-luxe villa complex is on the market in Anguilla, Caribbean Journal Invest has learned.
The Sand, Sea and Sky Long Bay Villas are being listed with The Agency for $19.95 million, according to Ian Hurdle, managing partner at leading real estate brokerage The Agency, who has the listing on the property.
The trio of villas “offers the privacy of a villa, plus the amenities and service of an upscale, boutique resort,” Hurdle says.
The villas, which are nearby to Anguilla’s CuisinArt Golf Resort, each boast five bedrooms and a private pool and hot tub.
The three villas share a gym, beach clubhouse and a covered event dining area with capacity for 30 people.
In all, the villa resort complex, which was built in 2006, has 15 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms and a total of 19,500 square feet.
It’s set in the Long Bay area of Anguilla, one of the island’s most exclusive locales.
