Aloft Is Opening Its First Caribbean Hotel in Puerto Rico

A new Aloft-branded hotel is coming to the heart of San Juan, Puerto Rico.

The first-ever Aloft in the Caribbean will open its doors Feb. 1, according to the property’s Web site. 

Marriott’s newest Puerto Rico property will be the center of San Juan’s convention area, 

The 175-room hotel, set across seven stories, will include the brand’s signature amenities, like the W XYZ bar, a 24/7 grab-and-go pantry and a pool.

The launch of the colorful, hip hotel is part of the highly-anticipated $125 million District San Juan project, a mixed-use entertainment destination adjacent to the Puerto Rico Convention Center. 

“Aloft San Juan is a vibrant new hotel featuring loft-inspired design that is redefining modern travel,” the property said in a statement.
