Anguilla’s CuisinArt Resort Has a New Chef

The CuisinArt Golf Resort and The Reef by CuisinArt resorts in Anguilla have appointed a new executive chef. 

The properties have apppointed Juan Bochenski to the role, in which he will oversee the resort complex’s dining program, which includes the Tokyo Bay, Mosaic, Beach Bar and Grill and Yacht Club eateries, among others. 

He will also oversee the property’s popular Chef’s Table tasting dinners, cooking classes and festive season programming. 

Bochenski comes to Anguilla after having served most recently as executive chef at the Jade Mountain and Anse Chastanet resorts in Saint Lucia. 

“I have known and admired CuisinArt for a long time, and it is an honor to be able to join the team and bring my own culinary visions to such a notable destination,” Bochenski said. “I look forward to passing on my knowledge and cooking expertise earned throughout the years to my new team while embracing their skills and cultivating an environment that thrives on collaboration, shared principles, and a passion for food that will keep guests returning to Anguilla year after year.”

Both Anguilla resorts are reopening for the season on Oct. 27 following their annual closure.
