The Beach Enclave brand now includes three real estate-hotel developments across Providenciales, with the Grace Bay project joining Beach Enclave North Shore and Beach Enclave Long Bay.

The latter is expanding with new residences set to debut in 2021.

Beach Enclave Grace Bay first broke ground in February of last year.

It will add to Turks and Caicos’ impressive portfolio of residential resort properties, most of which are set on Grace Bay or Long Bay beach, the latter home to what has become arguably the preeminent residential resort in the Caribbean, Hartling Group’s Shore Club.
