JetBlue is adding a new nonstop route to San Jose, Costa Rica.

The New York City-based carrier is launching a new thrice-weekly route between New York’s John F. Kennedy Airport and San Jose, Costa Rica.

The new flights, which will launch Nov. 1, will operate on Fridays, Sundays and Tuesdays.

The new route will complement JetBlue’s existing San Jose service from Fort Lauderdale and Orlando.

JetBlue already offers seasonal Mint flights from JFK to Liberia, Costa Rica.

JetBlue will be operating the new service on its Airbus A320 aircraft.
