One of Belize’s most highly anticipated developments is adding another new luxury real estate project — and it’s directly on the beach.

Alaia Belize, which will be the first Marriott International property in the country, is launching a new collection of residences that will also be part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection brand.

The new project is called The Beach Villas, a portfolio of eight oceanfront villas, each with its own direct entrance to the water.

Every unit will have its own private pool, beach seats and interiors by Brazilian designer Debora Aguiar.

The beach villas will also be part of the Marriott rental program should owners choose to do so.

The 155-unit Alaia Belize is slated to open in December 2020 on Belize’s popular Ambergris Caye.
