“The auction of Casa Cielo marks an exciting new chapter for me as I move on to other ventures,” stated Giambi, who played for the Oakland Athletics, New York Yankees, Colorado Rockies, and Cleveland Indians before retiring in 2015. “Concierge Auctions was my top choice to sell this asset because of their transparent process, global marketing strategy and ability to handle it all in a desired time frame. Similar to the sale of other luxury goods at auction, I am ready to listen to the market and trust Concierge Auctions to identify the right buyer for this home.”

The furnished nine-bedroom Mexico villa offers 10 full and two half-bathrooms, with architectural features including hardwood ceiling beams, soaring ceilings, telescoping walls of glass blending indoor and outdoor living, gallery walls, marble floors, and an intricate hardwood double front door.

All bedrooms have deck access and ocean views.

Parking amenities include a three-car attached garage and additional spots for 10 cars.

Outdoor features include multi-level terraces, an infinity-edge swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor bar and kitchen, and a hilltop setting with panoramic vistas of the Sea of Cortez and Cabo San Lucas.
