Hyatt’s Andaz luxury brand is coming to the Turks and Caicos, and the highly-anticipated project will also include a residential real estate component that has already launched sales.

The new Andaz Residences will consist of a 74-unit brand residences component, most of which will enjoy panoramic ocean views on Providenciales’ iconic Grace Bay Beach.

It will be joined by a 59-key hotel tower.

That will include a mix of studios, one, two and three-bedroom residences, along with a variety of penthouses.

Now, the Andaz Turks and Caicos Residences at Grace Bay, as the real estate project is known, has officially tapped Sotheby’s International Realty as its exclusive broker.

“After spending time with the Andaz brand it seems clear that it is the perfect fit for Grace Bay and our islands,” said Joe Zahm, president-broker of Turks and Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty. “The Andaz brand ethos melds the best of our unique locale of sun, sand, sea, climate, people & vibe, and the residences are impeccably luxurious but relaxed in the comforting setting of a beachfront resort with on-site amenities.”

TCI architects RAD Architecture, who most notably designed the Shore Club on Long Bay and The Palms at Grace Bay have teamed with Modus Operandi on the design and interiors — a strong resume, given that the Shore Club has become the island’s leading luxury resort.

The units will range from 694 square feet to 9,000 square feet for the largest penthouse.

The Andaz project is being developed by Vista Development and its US parent, ProNet Capital, best known for the Grace Bay Club.

“After the success I’ve enjoyed at the Grace Bay Club, I am excited to immerse myself back into Turks and Caicos, as I see the Andaz development being the most talked about resort experience, and the next big thing for Turks & Caicos and the Caribbean”, said John Fair, director of development at ProNet.
