Aruba’s capital, Oranjestad, has seen remarkable growth in recent years, from a revamped, walkable downtown to a wave of new eateries and art galleries.

And now it’s getting a major new waterfront real estate project; Harbour House.

The new condominium project by the Pering Group will be set directly on the waterfront in Oranjestad, with a mix of residential and commercial space and a crisp, modern look.

Amenities at Harbour House will include an infinity pool with stunning views of the marina; a fitness center on the top floor; a hot tub and sun deck, panoramic views of the ocean and a ground floor comprised of restaurants.

“Oranjestad has a distinctive charm that lies in its blend of traditional and modern,” the project’s developer said in a statement. “The views from Harbour House will amaze our residents. They can enjoy themselves with the views of cruise ships, luxury yachts and fishing boats sailing Aruba’s turquoise waters.”

Pering Group is best known as the development firm behind Aruba’s Blue Residents and Azure Beach Residences.

It’s a striking new addition to Oranjestad, and an injection of a new level of luxury that could be a game-changer for the city.
