A luxe villa in Costa Rica’s Los Sueños Resort & Marina is headed to auction, Caribbean Journal has learned.
The 5,878-square-foot Casa Infinity, which was previously listed for sale at $4.95 million, will sell without reserve in an auction beginning Jan. 29.
Concierge Auctions is heading the auction, in cooperation with Todd Cutter and Steve Hooven of 2Costa Rica Real Estate.
The property, which is set in the resort’s Vista Tres Bahias enclave, includes five bedrooms, a chef’s kitchen, a master sanctuary, an office, a game room and a two-care garage, along with an infinity pool and a jacuzzi.
The villa comes with resort amenities including a 200-slip marina, a golf course and a private beach.
