Sunwing has launched its first flights from Toronto to Grenada.

The latest new destination for the company follows Sunwing’s recent launch of its first flights to the island of Tobago.

The new service will operate weekly on Sundays through April 21, 2019.

“We are delighted to provide our travelers in the Greater Toronto Area with a new sought-after destination from Toronto Pearson Airport,” said Andrew Dawson, President of Tour Operations for Sunwing. The island of Grenada is a welcome addition to our expanding roster of destinations and with newly announced plans for our hotel partners, Royalton Luxury Resorts, to open their first resort on the island in late 2019, this flight service comes at an exciting time.”

Grenada is another new launch for the company as a result of its strategic alliance with Rex Resorts.

The company is now including two resorts in its travel packages: the newly-rebranded Starfish Grenada and the Coyaba Beach Resort.
