Canadian travel giant Sunwing has launched its first-ever flights to the island of Tobago.
The new nonstop flights from Toronto Pearson International Airport to Tobago’s ANR Robinson Airport are operating weekly on Fridays between Dec. 20 and April 18, 2019.
The first-ever flight touched down on Friday, carrying 127 passengers from Canada.
The new flights come as Sunwing has brought its Starfish all-inclusive brand to Tobago.
That’s part of a strategic alliance the company formed with Rex Resorts earlier this year.
