Riu has reopened another all-inclusive hotel in the Caribbean.
The latest Riu property to undergo a major renovation is the all-inclusive Riu Palace Tropical Bay in Negril, part of a widespread upgrade push across the region.
The new Tropical Bay, which reopened its doors this week, now includes 452 bedrooms, all in a new, bright, modern style, a blue-focused aesthetic that has also found its way into the transformed lobby area.
Riu has also renovated all of the hotel’s restaurants, while adding one of the brand’s new culinary concepts, the Capuchino” ice cream parlour and cafe.
The all-inclusive hotel now has three outdoor pools, one with a swim-up bar, along with a fully renovated gym, a refurbished spa area and an enhanced children’s area with an exclusive kids’ pool.
The news comes as Riu is about to open a new all-inclusive on the Mexican Caribbean in Costa Mujeres.
