It’s getting even easier to reach the island of Eleuthera in the Out Islands of The Bahamas.
Fort Lauderdale-based Aztec Airways is launching additional flights from Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport to both Governor’s Harbour and North Eleuthera Airports.
The goal is to reach two flights daily by the end of the year, according to a statement from the company.
The morning flights will go direct to North Eleuthera, while the afternoon flights will go direct to Governor’s Harbour.
Aztec, which recently received its commuter certificate, said it would be adding flights to other destinations in The Bahamas in the near future.
The company also operates private charter service, with a total fleet of five aircraft.
